Thank you for your interest in the work of Gary Kraftsow and the American Viniyoga Institute. The goal of the AVI Yoga Teacher Training Program is to prepare professionals to teach group and private yoga classes integrating asana, pranayama, chanting and meditation. We emphasize the personal practice of the yoga teacher as the foundation of the training program. Our program is registered with the Yoga Alliance under 2008 standards for 500-hour programs.

Please reserve your space with Mount Madonna as soon as possible. Space is limited and we may end up with a waitlist. Room requests are honored on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on room block and other contracted requests. The entire lodging cost plus 25% of the tuition ($644) will be collected with your reservation. The balance of $1931 will be due upon arrival.

• Tuition deposit (25% of total tuition) is non-refundable but may be applied to another AVI Professional Training Program. If you cancel more than 14 days before the program begins, all but $100 of the housing cost will be refunded. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 14 days before the beginning of the program.
• Mount Madonna Center program registration begins at 4:00 pm.
• Dinner is served from 5:30-6:30 on Friday and 5:00-6:00 on other days.
• If you will be arriving late, please ask us to save a dinner for you.
• Orientation begins at 7:00 pm.
• The program will end at 8:00 pm the night before departure.
