Through our bodies, we can intimately access stillness, steadiness, and boundless love. Through movement we can tap the preciousness of life, and deep connection to the natural world. Cultivating mindfulness and movement in everyday life develops the potential to experience our humanness with serenity and clarity. In this weekend workshop, we will practice silent and guided meditation, interspersed with yoga, movement, and breath exploration to deepen the personal experience of embodiment. Resilience, heartfulness, and insight are naturally cultivated when attention is directed this way. People of all physical capacities are welcome. No previous experience is necessary.
