The 5-day program addresses the soul of the Tai Chi/Qigong tradition as writing
your Mythic Journey Process unveils how Taiji movements and self-defense
practices, and animal forms of Qigong are ways to deal with our inner demons and
self-actualization. Oriented towards health practitioners, and anyone wanting
to learn self-healing methods.
- Continuing Education Credit for nurses.
- Fulfills the spiritual practice prerequisite for John F. Kennedy University's Graduate School for Holistic Studies.

MICHAEL MAYER, Ph.D. is a licensed Psychologist and Qigong teacher
specializing in self-healing methods. He is author of ten publications on
bodymind healing, including Secrets to Living Younger Longer: The Self-Healing
Path of Qigong, Standing Meditation and Taiji, Bodymind Healing
Psychotherapy and a DVD, Bodymind Healing Qigong. He presents his approach to
bodymind healing at conferences, universities, and hospitals. He was a
co-founder of a multi-disciplinary clinic practicing integrative health-care.
Michael's guiding image of "two streams becoming one" guides him as he blends
ancient/modern, east/west, mind/body.

- CANCELLATION or CHANGE in REGISTRATION
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
For cancellations received at least 2 weeks before the
program, the deposit less a $50 fee will be credited to any other program within
one year. No credit is available for cancellation less than two weeks prior to
the program, for no-shows, or for leaving an event early. Housing changes incur
a $20 change fee.
- Check-in for Mount Madonna Center programs begins at 4:00 pm.
- Dinner is served from 5:30-6:30 on Friday and 5:00-6:00 on other days.
- If you will be arriving late, please ask us to save a dinner for you.
- Orientation begins at 7:00 pm.
- The program will end about midday on the final scheduled day.
