Taiji and Qigong stem from an ancient lineage including self-healing, spiritual unfoldment, self-defense, and changing your life stance. In Michael's unique blend of ancient and modern approaches to bodymind healing you'll:

  • Become initiated into Bodymind Healing Qigong, synthesized in over 30 years of training with some of the most respected Taiji and Qigong masters.
  • Understand the deeper meanings and purposes of Taji/Qigong movements.
  • Learn Western bodymind healing methods, illustrated with case examples from an integrative medical clinic, which help healing common ailments.
  • Enhance vitality with Taiji dance.

The 5-day program addresses the soul of the Tai Chi/Qigong tradition as writing your Mythic Journey Process unveils how Taiji movements and self-defense practices, and animal forms of Qigong are ways to deal with our inner demons and self-actualization. Oriented towards health practitioners, and anyone wanting to learn self-healing methods.

  • Fulfills the spiritual practice prerequisite for John F. Kennedy University's Graduate School for Holistic Studies.
