PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

"Deep in our bones resides an ancient, singing couple who just won't give up
making their beautiful, wild noise. The world won't end if we can find them." - Martin Prechtel

The body is a living process, capable of deep and profound healing, insights, inspirations and experiences. Coming together in a context that engenders open-ended inquiry and discovery, we can amplify our body's inherent health and fluid intelligence, an integral part of living and loving well. Continuum Movement blends a range of subtle intrinsic movements with dynamic expression and a rich variety of breaths and sounds, to awaken the experience of the Mystery of the Body. Practicing Continuum:

  • increases vitality, health and healing
  • awakens creativity, innovation and play
  • facilitates trust in one's inherent body wisdom
  • deepens spiritual connection, and
  • provides a safe environment for growth and renewal.
