"I would love to live like a river flows, carried by the surprise of its own unfolding". ~ John O'Donohue

The body is a living process, capable of deep and profound healing, insights, inspirations and experiences. Coming together in a context that engenders open-ended inquiry and discovery, we can amplify our body's inherent health and fluid intelligence, an integral part of living and loving well. Continuum Movement blends a range of subtle intrinsic movements with dynamic expression and a rich variety of breaths and sounds, to awaken the experience of the Mystery of the Body. Practicing Continuum:

  • increases vitality, health and healing
  • awakens creativity, innovation and play
  • facilitates trust in one's inherent body wisdom
  • deepens spiritual connection, and
  • provides a safe environment for growth and renewal.
  • Continuing Education Credit for nurses.
  • Fulfills the spiritual practice prerequisite for John F. Kennedy University's Graduate School for Holistic Studies.

BETH PETTENGILL RILEY, M.A. in Education, Stanford University, has been inspiring transformative movement practices for students of all ages for over three decades.
