Upasana
A Devotional Meditation Retreat
May 22-26

We are pleased to offer Upasana as the focus of our annual Spring
Retreat. Upasana is a devotional (bhakti) approach to attaining
peace. It includes chanting of Sanskrit prayers, scriptural study, yoga
methods, rituals, and other practices to awaken the spiritual heart. Whether
you have never attended a yoga retreat at Mount Madonna Center or are a
long-time practitioner, take this opportunity to join us for the four-day
Upasana retreat. This program of age-old practices is based upon materials
developed by Baba Hari Dass especially for this retreat, and he will be present
to guide us and to dialogue with us all four days.
Work-study, sliding scale, and scholarship options available with 4-day
attendance.
