Yoga Programs at Mount Madonna Center
At the heart of Mount Madonna Center is the study, practice and teaching of Yoga. For over 35 years our community has embraced this tradition as we seek to incorporate the practices and truths into our daily life. We offer these practices with the intent of promoting self-transformation for us all. We offer Yoga retreats put on by the community, an established Yoga Teacher Training program, as well as weekend Yoga Workshops.
4-Day Yoga Retreats
Each year, Mount Madonna Center offers five 4-day Yoga Retreats. Each includes chanting, prayer, scriptural study, yoga methods, rituals, and other age-old practices to awaken the spiritual heart, based upon materials developed by Baba Hari Dass. Whether you are a long-time practitioner, or have never attended a yoga retreat at Mount Madonna Center, we invite you to take the opportunity to join us for any or all of these Retreats.

Yoga Teacher Training
We offer our signature 200 and 500 hour teacher trainings, approved by the national yoga registry, The Yoga Alliance. We cover a broad range of yoga theory, philosophy, and practice, with particular emphasis on the traditional eight limbed (Ashtanga) yoga system as described in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. Most of our senior faculty members have been practicing, studying, and teaching yoga at Mount Madonna Center for over 25 years.
