Asana for Health & Vitality
"Asana," the Sanskrit word meaning "seat" or "posture," refers to the various poses designed by ancient yogis to bring health and vitality to the body and mind, and to strengthen and relax the body for meditation. This posture-focused retreat will offer three daily asana classes, and a choice of different styles and teachers. Each day will end with a restorative yoga session. All classes will be led by highly experienced yoga practitioners.
Live music and mantra will enhance our ability to unite mind, body and breath; meditation and breathing practices will amplify the physical work of our asana practice; and delicious vegetarian meals will nourish and delight us.

This retreat will be available to participants who are not able to attend in-person at this time. The program will be an abbreviated version (for example, only one class per session will be available). Registrants will receive a program schedule with Zoom links in advance.
