COVID-19: Our Commitment to Well-being

Welcoming Our Guests to Campus

Updated May 2023

We look forward to hosting you, whether for one day or an extended retreat. The health, safety, and comfort of our guests and staff are of utmost importance. In consultation with health officials on best practices for health and safety with regard to COVID-19, Mount Madonna Center continues to implement the following protocols:

  • Mount Madonna Center is open to registered day and overnight guests only. Reservations are required prior to arrival on campus. Currently, we are unable to accommodate walk-in guests.
  • Vaccination is no longer required for guests.
  • Guests are asked to reschedule their visit if they feel ill before they arrive. Once on campus, we ask that guests please wear a mask if they are experiencing symptoms of cold, flu, or other illness.
  • Our Staff is trained on best practices to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 and other transmittable diseases.
  • Mount Madonna uses cleaning products that meet EPA guidelines and are effective against viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens. Our cleaning practices exceed California State requirements. Common areas are frequently cleaned and sanitized. Guest Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to guest arrival.

Mount Madonna Center will continue to adhere to best practices and guidelines during the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and modify these protocols as appropriate.

Thank you for your cooperation and support. We look forward to seeing you soon!
