Serve at Mount Madonna Center

Serve ~ Live ~ Learn

We offer unique employment pathways for those with the heart and skill needed to support the operations of a lively retreat center, temple, and intentional yoga community. We invite our staff to live their principles and dedicate their service to the sustainability of the mission, vision, and values of Mount Madonna Center.

Explore your own self-development while supporting a movement of holistic education and spiritual discipline.

Decades of volunteerism laid the foundation for the Center, and an embodied practice of karma yoga, or “the yoga of action," remains the ethos for all service at the Center. Our community and staff see work as an experiential opportunity to transform ourselves and our lives, as a devotional act on a path to freedom. We know there are other seekers out there who are looking for more than just a job, but want the kind of livelihood that arises from rich community connections and meaningful service.
