Maya has an integrative massage style drawing upon Swedish, Ayurvedic, Lymphatic Massage and Polarity Therapy. According to the needs of her clients, Maya integrates different techniques while providing a safe environment for healing to take place. She has 15 years of experience as a Massage Therapist and facilitating one's natural ability to heal is a passion of hers. Sumathi Uma Lingappa, MS, MA
Sumathi is a NAMA Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. She holds a private practice and is a faculty member at Meru Institute, Ayurveda Studies Program in San Jose, CA. She loves teaching and writing about Ayurveda. She teaches meditation. She is currently working on her thesis on ayurvedic approach to Migraine headaches. She works with clients interested in exploring alternative non-drug approaches for prevention and management of migraine, headaches, stress, digestive issues, cravings, allergies, weight issues, lack of energy, insomnia, mood and memory issues, anxiety & depression, skin problems, arthritis, thyroid issues, inflammatory conditions, menstrual and menopausal issues.
Sephy Elizai, CMT
Sephy received his massage training from the Seatlle Massage School. He has been practicing Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage and Energy Work formally since 1999 at different festivals, clinics and with private clients. His philosophy first and foremost is healing. His informal practice and experience of therapeutic touch includes memories of his grandmother using her hands for healing tummy and muscle aches. He has the natural ability of putting clients at easy and utilizing deep work techniques to release long standing tension in the body.
